Foster Requirements

We want to make sure fostering is a good experience for both you and the dog. Here's what we ask of our foster families:

  • Must live in Florida
  • All household members must agree to fostering
  • Safe, secure home environment
  • Ability to transport the dog to vet appointments
  • Willingness to keep us updated on the dog's progress
  • Participation in the adoption process (meet potential adopters)
  • No requirement to have prior dog experience — we'll guide you!

⚠️ Foster Fails Welcome

Sometimes fosters fall in love with their dog and decide to adopt — we call this a "foster fail" and we love it! If you want to adopt your foster dog, just let us know.
